A cute medium hairstyle with reflexed curls around the face. Overall slight perms make an appeal of pop and brisk texture.
It will be best for women who want to add a subtle touch to their everyday medium hairstyles.

The airy top gives an impression of cute, and the constriction at the neck projects an image of feminine. The medium length side-locks cover over the sharp face line softly.
Shoulder-length layered bob hairstyle. A light perm from the top to the end allows the texture of elegant and vibrant. You can also wear a fringe as well as make a part in your bans.

A golden dress sets you up to look Hollywood glam, whether the gold comes from a metallic fabric, sequins or beading like the one Carrie Underwood is wearing.
With a gold dress, you'll want to tone down accessories and makeup: a hint of other shine is fine, but the dress takes center stage.
Mermaid Dress
Nothing is more vavoom than a form-fitting mermaid formal. It hugs your curves and then flares out at the bottom to make you look more visually balanced, like this super sexy green dress does on Beyonce.Remember: for dresses this sleek, you'll need top-notch undergarments like Spanx for support.
Halter Dress
The halter dress is a formal dress fave because it draws attention to your face and bust. Whether the straps consist of fabric, string or embellishment like this Monique Lhuillier dress, you'll show off pretty shoulders with a halter dress. The halter silhouette looks great with hair pulled up and away from the face. The raised waist or empire flatters just about every figure because it creates a longer line. In a long version, the empire dress is elegant; when short, like this dress worn by Hayden Panettiere, it takes on a babydoll silhouette (great for younger women).
Nothing is more glamorous than a long strapless dress for special occasions: it shows off some of the most attractive features on a woman including shoulders, arms, face and arms without being too bare.
Whether you choose a short gown or a long gown, like this tiered style Drew Barrymore wears, you'll want to pay extra attention to accessories around the face (either earrings or a necklace) and lips (Drew chose red!).
Feeling sassy? Try a formal with a full skirt to show off your playful side. Shorter dresses with a full skirt, like this one from Betsey Johnson, have more of a ballet or '50s feel to them; longer dresses with full-out ball skirts will make you look (and feel) like a princess.
One of the prettiest ways to wear a formal dress is to go with a light and airy fabric like chiffon. It has lots of movement, and takes color beautifully while keeping a bit of transparency.
Keira Knightley's dress from Rodarte is a good example of how chiffon can take fullness and pleating and still look delicate.
Don't save florals for tea parties and weddings: they are perfectly formal on party dresses of all types. Look for allover prints or border prints, large flower prints like Marion Cotillard's dress or watercolor prints.
Drama queens know that a one-shoulder gown is the only way to go for major impact. Not all one-shoulder dresses are created equal: look for soft draping, like this Katie Holmes dress, for the most flattering look on all bodies.

Our get-sexy looks work for any age or budget: some are after-dark only (shoulder-duster earrings), while others can work for daytime (touchable fabrics, hats). Here's how to add sizzle to your look without sacrificing your modesty.
1. Wear something ordinary in an unexpected way.
It doesn't have to be a huge statement like wearing a jacket backwards; subtle alterations pack the chicest punch. For example, take a basic man's white shirt (slightly oversized), unbutton it, wrap it so that one side overlaps the over and tuck in.)
2. Do red lipstick.
Pale lips may be trendy, but nothing does the job like red. Use lipliner for a perfect appearance, choose a creamy matte in a red that best suits your skin tone (blue-reds for darker skin tones; orangey hues for olive; true reds for blondes). Use a light hand for the rest of the face because the lips should take center stage.
3. Add a hat.
Nothing attracts attention quite like a hat. First, it takes guts to wear one. Second, it takes panache to carry it off. Combine the two qualities and you get major sex appeal. Stay with classic shapes -- the fedora, the beret -- to make it easier to pull off.
4. Accessorize with shoulder-duster earrings.
Skip every other piece of jewelry, pull your hair back and make sure your makeup stays soft. This look goes great with bare shoulders and updos, too. Definitely an after-dark look.
5. Make it metallic.
Black may be supersexy, but gold, silver, copper and pewter are especially luminous when you're going for vavoom. Look for simple shapes (the story here is the fabric and color, not the line of the outfit) and tones that flatter your skin color. Pass on major jewelry and makeup to let the dress really shine.
6. Adopt an exotic look.
The cheongsam is a classic example of a dress with international allure. Harem pants, sarongs and embroidered items are all borrowed ethnic looks with tons of feminine charm. The mandarin-collar dress from China is flattering, chic and always intriguing.
7. Wear shades.
Perhaps the single sexiest item you can own are a great pair of sunglasses. They add tons of mystery, look cute even on top of your head and actually serve the practical purpose of protecting your eyes.
8. Make a grand exit.
Sexy is all about surprises, so a deceptively simple dress from the front can be a showstopper in the back. Open backs, lace-up backs, great dress trains all make for dramatic effects.
9. Stay soft with touchable fabrics.
Forget everything you've ever heard about hardcore leathers or sparkly sequins being heat-inducing. Cashmere, silky satin, buttery soft suedes are the real scene-stealers. Touchable fabrics not only invite another's touch, they have the added bonus of feeling great against your skin so you feel pampered and sexy.
10. Play peekaboo.
No need to bare your breasts, even with lace. Nude linings, camisoles and slips all keep you covered while the lace itself stays really suggestive.

Success at Interview—The Zagorski Way
In the April 2000 issue of the Reader's Digest magazine, Nick Corcodilos, a famous headhunter, recounts how Zagorski, a professional seeking a new job, wowed an interviewer at a big corporation and got the job.
Zagorski went for an interview at AT&T. At the outset, even before Zagorski could settle in his seat, the interviewer told him that he had only 20 minutes to spare. Instead of feeling belittled or nervous, Zagorski got up and walked up to the marker board. He then started writing down the challenges faced by the company. Fifteen minutes later, he wrote down his estimate of what he would add to the bottom line. When he paused to take a look at the interviewer, he found him completely dazed. The next thing he heard was interviewer telling him that there was no need for any further interview. The interviewer called in his team, introduced Zagorski to everybody and they began a working meeting, which lasted for two hours.
Most people go to interviews hoping to be questioned and assessed by an interviewer (s). They go anxious and worried, wondering whether they would get the job. People like Zagorski approach an interview with a completely different mind-set. They go well-prepared to demonstrate how they would fit into an employer’s needs and bring value to their business. They go as a value provider, not as a job seeker.
Would you also like to impress your would-be employer just like Zagorski? If yes, the next time when you get an interview call, do not lose any time and get down to preparing a powerful presentation. Here is a road map:
Know the employer
Go to the company’s website and learn about its products and services. What initiatives this company is taking? Who are their competitors and what challenges are they facing? Read the “news” section to pick up the latest happenings there.
Review the job
Next, zero down to the job that you are pursuing. What are the employer’s expectations in terms of responsibilities, actions and goals? Also note the job requirements – qualifications, experience and skills – that the employer is expecting the right candidate to satisfy.
Review yourself
Look at your resume and review the assets you have: your experience, education, achievements, skills, knowledge and strengths.
Prepare a presentation
Having done the homework, now it is time to prepare a short PowerPoint presentation. The presentation should essentially comprise the following parts:
Part 1: About yourself
Prepare a short introduction to yourself in terms of education, experience and achievements.
Part 2: Employer’s business
This part is about showing your understanding of the company’s business: products, services, markets, competition, etc.
Part 3: Employer’s needs
In this part, list all of the employer’s expectations – responsibilities, actions and goals – you will be expected to meet. Also talk about the challenges you will be facing in the job.
Part 4: How would you deliver
This is the heart of your presentation. Demonstrate how you would tackle the challenges and go on to show how not only you can meet the employer’s expectations but exceed them. To make it credible, share actual examples from your past experience and use quantitative information.
On the whole, keep your presentation limited to 10 slides and 15 minutes long.
Practise
The last and final step is to practise delivering the presentation. The more you practise, the more relaxed, confident and convincing you will be during the interview.
Zagorski would not have been able to make that job-winning presentation if he had not done a thorough preparation. Now, it is your turn to follow his way and enjoy success at the interview.

Antara selebriti yang menyertai karnival amal itu termasuklah Datuk Siti Nurhaliza, Mawi, Anita Sarawak, Faizal Tahir, Erra Fazira, Rosyam Nor, Julia Ziegler, Maya Karin, Dynas, Diana Danielle, Meet Uncle Hussein, Anuar Zain, Jaclyn Victor, Nabil Raja Lawak, Dayang Nurfaizah, Intan Ladyana, Ramli MS, Stacy, Zahid, Nita, Marsha, Farah Diana, Diddy, Nikki, Adi Putra, Sofaz, Farawahida, Eira Syazira, Deja Moss, Awal Ashari, Betty Banafe, Dayang Nurfaizah, Winnie K, Shamsul Ghau Ghau, Ifa Raziah, Atilia, Salamiah Hassan, Fouziah Gous, Sarah Raisuddin, Almy Nadia dan kumpulan Cham.

kalau dulu "friendster".... wahhh.. macam pisang goreng pulak tgk dorang masing2 nk buat akaun freindster nie.. agak2 mesti org2 admin frenster dlu pelik n kelam kabut nk manage server untuk korunk... masing2 berlagak dh ade frenster... tayang kat kawan sana.. tayang kat kawan ni.. bgtau yang kita ade friendster.... kemudian budaya Myspace pulak... hmmm.. berebut lagi.. kecoh sana sini pasal myspace... sape yang ade friendster tuh kire dh lapuk la.. ketinggalan orang kata.... hmmm.. x lama lepas tuh muncul lagi bende2 macam tuh.. Facebook, Netlog dan lain2....
sebenarnya..... elok ke bende2 mcm nie..??? haaa.. itu persoalan penting.. bagi pandangan baby... ada baik dan buruk main bende2 nie.. biasalah.. ciptaan manusia.. mana mungkin perfect macam ciptaan-Nya... bende tuh dh nyata.... kite sndri blh lihat bagaimana ciptaan manusia.. mesti ade yang cacat celanya.. tak mungkin 100% perfect.
selain itu.... kalau kite byk kawan... kire kita senang lah nk kongsi pelbagai topik dengan kwn2 kite... contoh berkenaan dengan isu semasa, adat dan kepercayaan , makanan, dan lain2... pendapat ramai org nie ler yang byk beri kita pengetahuan baru.. dan input dr sektor yang tak pernah kita pikirkan selama nie.... kalau kita kekeringan idea.... blh gak kongsi ngan kwn2 kite.. mana tau dorg ade idea bernas yang blh kita gunakan... huhu.. betol x? kalau x caya.. try ler.. huhu
melalui medium begini.. byk info yang blh kita dpt.. contoh.. blh kongsi cerita, gambar, maklumat terkini..... kalau rajin on9.... cepat la tersebar bende2 yang macam tuh.. huhuhu.. yang penting ade sikap rajin... kalau tak rajin.. buat pe pon x jadi.. betol kn?
lagi, medium begini memudahkan org berhubung.. haaa. kalau xde bende nie.. asyik nk kol.. takat cakap 2-3 minit mne puas.... silap2 30 minit berborak.... takrif telefon pula tinggi.. bil nye melambung la mcam kaki bukit.. hahahah.. jd takat sebulan nk on9 tanpa had cuma kena RM 50 agak berbaloi untuk dikerjakan sampai puas... huhuh... kalau berkawan dengan org luar negara... xkn nk telefon... tuh pengsan nk bayar... cara mcm nie la yang dekatkn hubungan...
bab kawan pulak... kalau dah semua kita layan salam perkenalan mereka.. ade gak kang yang mula amik kesempatan.. mentaliti org2 tuh mana la kita kenal kn.. "Rambut sama hitam, hati lain2" ade yang ikhlas berkawan.. ade yang sekadar mahu berborak.. dan ade yang mahu menhancurkan.. so. girlz.. hati2 ok... kalau agak2 nk keluar tuh.. jgn berdua la... bawak la kwn2.. kuar ramai2... dan jumpa di tempat terbuka...
akhir kata di post nie... walau apa pon yang kita buat masih ada risikonye... kita harus berani dan berfikir semasak-masaknya sebelum buat keputusan... any comments are allowed here.. hit me and i'll hit u back... salam.
